Class Description: offered for adults who can swim 25 yards freestyle (face in the water) . Clinic will concentrate on specific drills to improve freestyle.

Please read the following information about On-Line registration:
- If
this is your first time accessing On-Line registration,

- You will be taken to a page that displays one or more programs offered by CRA.
- To register, check the box next to the Adult Freestyle Clinic and then hit 'continue'.
- Fill out the rest of the registration form and continue following the on-line instructions through checkout.

Registration
If you do not want to register on-line, you can register by mail. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that the program will be open by the time we get your application, especially if you mail the application close to the start date. It is possible that an on-line registration will close the program between the time you mail your application and the time we receive it.
To register, download
and fill out the Adult Clinic application completely, and clearly. A
working e-mail address is necessary since we confirm your
application by e-mail.
