Charles River Aquatics offers nine weekly Swim Camp Sessions for children ages 4 - 9 in the Summer of 2010.

The Camp Schedule for the Summer of 2010 is at the bottom of this page. Each Week will have a "Special Theme" to guide the week's activities! Prices remain the same as last year: $450 for a full day ($360 for 4 day camp) and $325 for a half day ($260 for 4 day camp). The Registration limit for each week is 40 swimmers.

Camps are available in Half-Day (9 AM- 1 PM) and
Full-Day (9 AM- 3 PM) formats.

Our camp teaches correct swimming techniques, water safety, sportsmanship and fair play, and a respect for others, through small group swim lessons, games, and arts and crafts.

The camp complies with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105CMR430-00) and is licensed by the Boston Department of Public Health.

 

A typical day will be structured as follows:

8:45-9:00 Arrival
All children are greeted and made to feel comfortable in their new surroundings.
9:00- 9:15 Welcome and Stretching
Children are placed into appropriate swimming groups and get ready to enter the pool.
9:15- 10:00 Swim Lesson 1
10:00-10:30 Snack
10:30-11:00 Activity/Project #1
11:00 - 11:45 Swim Lesson 2
12:00-12:30 Lunch
12:30-1:30 waveRelaxation and Outdoor Games
Learning fair play and teamwork through games.
1:00 Half-day campers leave
1:30 - 2:00 Swim Lesson 3
2:00 - 2:30 Free Swim
2:30 - 3:00 Activity/Project #2
3:00 - 3:15 Full-day campers leave
