Camp Cancellation/Change Policy

Applicable to any child registered for CRA Camp.

• Cancellation by April 1 = refund minus $25 administrative fee.
• Change before April 1 = $25 administrative fee.
  
• Cancellation between April 1 and May 1 = $100 administrative fee for the first week. In addition there will be a charge of $50 for each additional cancelled week.
• Changes between April 1 and May 1 = $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellation after May 1 = no refunds (unless we can fill via a waitlist). Then charge $100 administrative fee.
• Change after May 1 = $100 administrative fee.
