Directions and Drop-off/Pick up Procedures

Boston University

Drop-off Procedure

Drive to 285 Babcock Street, Boston. Staff members will have a table outside the front door of the Case Center. Park, or double park, along the side of the street going toward the dead end. CRA will take your children from your car.

Please do NOT come before 8:30 AM on the first day of camp, as no staff member will be available to assist you. After the first day, drop off is at 8:45 AM.

We will take your children from your car after we ensure that:

1. Your children have both lunches and snacks.
2. We have your filled out Transport Forms (only necessary if anyone ‘but’ a parent/guardian will pick up your child from camp).
3. We have completed medical forms already in our possession.
4. Your children have brought their Epi-Pen. If you wrote on your application your child has an Epi-pen, you MUST bring this with you, whether your child uses this device or not. The Epi-pen must either be in the original container with the prescription and your child's name on the label, or there must be a prescription attached to the Epi-pen. No child will be admitted to camp without this info. This is a Board of Health requirement, and we are certified by the Board of Health.

We will NOT take your children from your car if:

1. You have to fill out a transport form.
2. You are hand-delivering your medical forms. (These take time to check.)
3. Your child requires you to be with him at check-in.
4. You wish to speak to a staff member about your child.
5. You would like to watch your child swim.

Please park at a metered spot on: Ashford, Alcorn, or Gardiner Streets and bring your child to us.

Public transportation

Directions for Public Transportation: Take Babcock Street Exit off the Green Line, B Train, and walk down Babcock Street. Make sure The MATCH School is on your right.

Pick up Procedure:

Time for Pick up:

Half Day is at 1:00 PM
Full Day is at 3:00 PM

Remember that if anyone other than the parent or guardian comes to pick up the child, we will need a Transport Form, on file.

We will take your children to your car on Babcock Street. If you wish to speak to a staff member, please be sure to park at a metered spot. The staff will gladly speak to you once the other children have been picked up by their parents/guardian who have parked along the street.

Late Fees: Since our staff has no time to baby-sit after camp is finished, late arriving parents or guardians will be called at all numbers listed for the camper, and the following charges will apply:

15 minutes late pickup will incur a $25 fee.
30 minutes late pickup will incur a $50 fee.
45 minutes late pickup will incur a $75 fee.
60 minutes late pickup will incur a $100 fee.

In the unlikely event the parent or guardian cannot be reached at any number after an hour, the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director will take the camper to the nearest Police Station and DSS will be called.

Children will not be allowed back to camp the following morning unless the above fees are paid in cash. On the last day of camp, any late charges incurred will be deducted from a parent's registration account on file with us.

Northeastern University

Drop-off Procedure:

From Huntington Avenue turn south on Forsyth St towards Ruggles T station. Follow to the end of the cul-de-sac and u-turn at the turnaround heading back on Forsyth. Park along the side of the road at the pick up point near the Cabot Center. CRA will have a table and staff waiting to take your children from your car. Please do not do an illegal u-turn on Forsyth. It's just as easy to legally u-turn at the turnaround at the end of the cul-de-sac. Also, do not park on the opposite side of the road and walk your children across the busy street to the pickup. This will be a traffic hazard, and we don’t want anyone getting hurt.
