Financial Assistance

CRA is happy to offer assistance for families registering more than two children for our swim classes, and also for families who are eligible for food stamps, or whose children are eligible for reduced cost school meals.

For families registering more than two children, we will provide a $15 discount for the third child and a $20 discount for the fourth child. If registering on-line, please register at the normal rate. When we receive your registration, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the discount. If registering by mail, you may deduct the value of the discount from the check you submit along with your application.

If you subsequently cancel a registration, the discount becomes void and we will issue a refund for the cancelled class minus the original discount and any administrative fees that may be charged.

Families eligible for food stamps or whose children receive reduced price school meals, will receive a $40 discount on classes. Register at the normal fee, and then send proof of aid to Charles River Aquatics, PO Box 534, Needham Heights, MA 02494. We will issue the $40 refund after receipt of proof of aid.

This program is valid only for our regular swim classes.

If you need financial assistance for programs other than our regular Swim Classes (Swim Team or Swim Camp), please send us a letter requesting assistance and enclose a copy of last year's income tax return (first page only). Assistance will be on a case by case basis.
