Session 4 - 2012 Schedule:

Private Series

A series of seven (7) Private (or Semi-private) Lessons with the same instructor. Private lessons are offered for ages 4 through adult. CRA does not offer PS to swimmers on any USS Team. This includes CRA Dragon swimmers. Children in Levels: 1-3 can only take a 1/2 hour PS Lesson.

If you have any questions about the Private Series that are not answered on this page, e-mail our Private Series Coordinator. Please read all information very carefully before enrolling in PS. After enrollment, CRA will charge a $100 withdrawal fee, no exceptions.

Session 4: February 27 through April 15, 2012

Private Series are available on Saturdays (Lessons run for seven weeks) and Sundays (Lessons run for six weeks).

For Session 4 the dates for Private Lessons will be as follows:

Saturdays: 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, and 4/14.

Sundays: 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, and 4/15. Sundays meet only six (6) times. No lesson on 4/6/

Saturday Costs: $300 for a half hour Private Series (1 swimmer with one instructor), and $575 for the hour series. $380 for a half hour Semi-Private Series (2 swimmers at the same skill level with one instructor), and $735 for the hour series.

Sunday Costs: $260 for a half hour Private Series (1 swimmer with one instructor), and $495 for the hour series. $325 for a half hour Semi-Private Series (2 swimmers at the same skill level with one instructor), and $625 for the hour series.

Make-ups

There are no make-ups for missed lessons in a Private Series.

Cancellations

Cancellation of PS after signup (no matter when the signup occurs): Refund minus $100. Cancellation of PS when the session starts: NO REFUNDS

Substitutions

Substitutions of one swimmer for another will not be allowed in Privates Series. Swimmers are carefully matched with an instructor, and substitution negates that match and does not benefit the swimmer.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, a substitute instructor will be provided. No refunds will be issued for this small inconvenience.

Registration

A great deal of administrative time is devoted to PS. Canceling at any time after registering creates a lot of additional work. Therefore, please be sure a swimmer can attend all or most of these lessons before registering. Note the cancellation and make-up policies above.
