On-Line Registration
On-Line
registration is handled for Charles River Aquatics by thriva.com.
Please read the following information about On-Line registration
for the Swim Team:
- If
this is your first time accessing On-Line registration,
make sure the 'New User' button is highlighted.
- The
registration process is straightforward. Choose the team
for whch you wish to register. Hit 'continue'
and you will access the forms necessary to enter your child.
- Blue and Purple Swim Team members required to take Level 5 or Level 6 classes should NOT register for these classes on-line. Let Coach Sheppard know the day and time of the class(es) you want and he will give that information to the Registrar. The Registrar will handle the class registration for Swim Team members.
- In
the billing process you will be asked to pay the first month's
fee and authorize CRA and Thriva to charge your credit card
on a monthly basis for subsequent monthly fees. Regardless of when you register, the Thriva system will show a balance due equal to 11 months of fees. Don't worry about that number. You will only be charged for the months you actually belong to the team. At the end of the season all remaing balances in the Thriva system will be reset to zero.
- Please
note that Meet Entry Fees and USS Fees will not be collected
on-line. You will be billed separately for those fees.
