Common Registration Issues

Browser: Our on-line registration service works best with Internet Explorer and Firefox. There are known issues with Apple's Safari and Google's Chrome browsers. Firefox can be downloaded for free at the Firefox web site.

Registration Form: Please make sure that you have selected your child's correct age. Our classes have specific age requirements, and if the wrong age is selected, the class you may be interested in will not be displayed.

Make sure that you have entered data into each form item that is marked with a red asterisk. These are required, and you can not proceed until these items are completed.

If you want to register more than one swimmer, there will be a link on the summary screen after you have completed entering information for the first swimmer. Click the link, and you will be able to register another swimmer. When all is done, click continue to enter the checkout process.
